repairs completed:

EGR replaced
new MAP sensor
new IAT sensor
new PCV valve
new Crank position sensor
re-routed passenger side wiring harnes along fire wall (away and off of coils)...

Disconnected egr and it went 700 miles before stalling

All new parts are in as of yesterday including new egr. also rerouted the wiring harnesses as done on other forums, will see what happens.

Another randomly stalling hemi

Have a few posts on various forums including a few replies to similar issues here but here are the details...

2007 Overland, Hemi bought Jan 2008 with 17K miles, now has 91K miles.

9/5 Changed...

So I'll chime in here too...

2007 5.7L, 92K miles

Have had the jeep since Jan 2008 and 17K miles. Do all maintenance myself. Oil, plugs, did starter, Volant CAI installed, right front wheel...

GoGadget over on JU fit had 245/75/17s on before new rims and a lift. He said they fit but with slight rubbing at full lock on the body. This may be because he had the BFG ATs. No bolt trimming...

I have the VOLANT in a 5.7L, the box did require some trimming to fit the intake into, I still wanted it to protect from road debris so I kept it on. The box to throttle tube does rest on a radiator...
