Re: Stupid Towing Question of the Day (Week, Month, Year)

Just to clarify, the receiver is the part with the square hole under your bumper.

The ball mount is the square steel bar that fits into the receiver with a hole on the end for mounting the hitch...

Re: Stupid Towing Question of the Day (Week, Month, Year)

They usually stick out a few inches since many vehicles have receivers tucked behind the bumper a little bit. For towing light loads, I also have a longer ball mount that holds a bike rack in...

I'm still getting used to my ACC. On our 1st road trip, I found myself following some vehicles for a while before realizing that I'd dropped 2 MPH when there is plenty of room to pass them in the...

Re: 2014 GC "EcoDiesel" OWNERS!!! Review..

We took our first road trip out on the open roads. Acceleration for passing is not an issue, even at 70-80 MPH.

Our 2008 CRD with the 5-speed tranny would run 2,000 RPM at 55 MPH. In 8th gear,...
