I put them in mine and against the dark frost carpet they look great! They almost take on a brown hue against the carpet. It's not as noticeable as some would think.

I guess that would depend on your dealer. I asked them about it two weeks after the update came out. They didn't have the disc and they ordered one and got it in two days. I had to bring my jeep back...

Yes....the dealer should update the firmware for you for free when you bring it in. The latest version is 2.4 which is designed to fix the iphone 4 dropped call problem.
