Regearing mandatory. Tuning. I run 35s with my 03, 4.0. What kind of axles are you going to be running with those tires? If you keep d35 you had better not lock it, and treat it like a hand grenade....

Guy is welcome to do whatever to his vehicle, I believe in performance mods myself. Anything that adds to performance, offroad, onroad, speed, I just cannot wrap my brain around those rims and tires.

Regearing to 4:56, air locker, RCV axle in front complete, trussed, gussetted, very happy. Next major work will be D60 for rear with Clayton long arms, will have unibody gussetted at that time too.

I have 4" bds, 3/4" spacers, fit 33s by putting radical bumpers and cut out fender flares. still rubbed! ground off angles on bumper. do not think 35s would ever fit with 4"

Bad experience with Protofab bumpers

Bought KOR stealth bumpers front and rear for my lifted 2003 wj from Kevins off road along with some cut out bushwhacker flares from someone else. Bumpers are fabricated by Protofab of Arizona.

Bushwhacker cut out flares, KOR stealth bumpers. PIAA driving and backup lights. I had serious issues with the bumpers. Bumpers built by Protofab. Horrible experience.
