When i did my rc lift i was able to get the clevis bolt out on the drivers side. But on the passenger side no joy.

I rented spring compressors and needed them on both sides. On the passenger side...

I just did the 2" RC lift and my alignment was way off. Toe was off, camber, caster.

Are you saying you did not get it aligned after the 3.5"?

Same tire on the Durangos. Mine were loud from day one. Good mpg and not bad on dry pavement. Downright scary in heavy rain and worthless in snow on the heavier durango. Smzero turning stability on...

Some 3m trim tape from the parts store should sort that out if the dealer tells you to pound sand. Its double sided tape for attaching body trim. Good stuff.

I believe so. The shaft should be balanced by itself. Did you get a new driveshaft? Or did they reinstall your old one?

Ive read a few times here and jeepforum of premature rear axle failures on qd2 axles. Not sure the cause.......

Make sure they warranty the work they do. Usually 12 months 12k miles.

The oil change reset is easy. Without your foot on the brake, hit the start button to run. Then depress the gas pedal three times quickly. It wil then reset.

I would offer 15k - the cost to replace the transfer case with a brand new nv245 out of principle. I cant think of what would rattle with the transfer case?

Im not sure if that joint is rebuildable. I would guess no. A new front driveshaft will solve the problem for a long time. A rebuild kit? Who knows.

87 is fine. 89 is reccommended for the hemi.

Go to "bob's tire" or your local small hole in the wall tire shop and get a good used tire to replace the spare with. Last time i had a flat was in a snowstorm, 4 hours from home on a sunday....
