Thats a shame. I would love to have a roots blower pushing 6psi of boost. I had the same issues on an 03 Tiburon that had an Alpine (eaton) supercharger insalled. The piston rings were also close...

Trans takes 9.5-10qts to do a full overhaul. 4-6qts for a sevice. ATF+4

10mm larger than stock.

I'm going to jump in on it. It's not a very expensive gamble 70-80 bucks on eBay and I'll also hook up the wideband to monitor any problems.

A larger throttle body allows more air to be sucked into the motor, yes. But it's not to the extent that the MAP sensor and fuel injectors cannot compensate. The MAP sensor will notice the increase...

IMHO you should stick your stock injectors back in and get ahold of someone local with a wideband o2 and possibly a dyno to see where you are as far as a/f and injector duty cycle. With the mods...
