Re: How to negotiate

The consumer is always in control because they write the check. Have a price in mind that you're happy with and stick with it. You can easily get 1% below invoice if you stick with it and don't...

Re: Someone tried to steal my GC Saturday night...

Your post made me think. Now I remember when I saw the 'remote start disabled' message in the EVIC my horn honked one time before I got in. I can't stand the horn on lock so I always disable it. I...

Re: 730 RHR and album art

The RHR manual states cover art is only supported when ripping an actual commercial CD to the hard drive. I have seen random cover art matches but it is not using the cover art stored in the mp3...

Re: Which one to get?

I have the RHR as well. I've never used/seen the LockPick before but looking at the Coastal Tech web site, it appears the CHR550 includes more video inputs and control of iPhone/Touch/iPad devices. ...

Re: 730N RHR Question

I found the answer to my auto day/night mode question in another forum. If the interior lights are set to the brightest setting, the nav will stay in day mode. I moved the interior lights off the...

Re: 730N RHR Question

Thanks voregerx, now I feel better. I did have the display set to auto so I'll see what it does tonight. Good to know it's tied to the lights. I was out after midnight last night and the screen...

I picked up my new Overland: V8, Dark Charchoal, Light Beige, ACC and RHR on Thursday. I traded in my '99 Limited so everything is a major improvement. If anyone is thinking twice about the ACC...

Both Garmin and Harman license their maps from Navteq. Each OEM then develops their own software producing unique UI's. I don't have my Overland yet, but it's disappointing to here about the limited...
