I have had the vibration between 95km/h and 105km/h for about 3 weeks. It got substantially worse on the weekend just gone whilst driving up the mountains. Ended up with the whole vehicle violently...

Re: Grand Cherokee + sand = FAIL

Just had my 12 month service completed over the last 2 days. I advised of the sand issue and the knocking drive shaft when accelerating. Apparently there is no update and I need to take the service...

Re: Grand Cherokee + sand = FAIL

Re: STUCK IN SAND with 4WD malfunction

I tried to put it into 4low after the error occurred on both occasions. Once the error occurs it will not go into 4low. In fact, the control for 4high/low seemed inoperable.

I think it's best to...

Re: STUCK IN SAND with 4WD malfunction

Great post!

It does sound like if in 4low the front wheels still turn regardless of the error. Both times I have been stuck I have been in 4high. I might give 4low a try.

Re: Grand Cherokee + sand = FAIL

I might be wrong, but, I think the system still applies the brakes to slipping wheels to transfer drive to non slipping wheels. Even with the esc off. Can anyone offer any advice on this?

Re: Opinions needed - thinking of cancelling order

This may be controversial. If you want a real 4WD that actually works in 4WD don't buy the GC. My experience has been pretty bad so far off road.

Re: Grand Cherokee + sand = FAIL

Hi All

Quick update. Jeep will refund the towing cost and apply the Quadralift update (hopefully this fixes it). I will give it another go in a few weeks.
