Re: Parent's 2014 Durango died while driving twice- ideas?

There was a TSB for the cam sensor. I had mine replaced. However, this was due to "long crank times" not "deaths".

Re: Parent's 2014 Durango died while driving twice- ideas?

Like a problem is baised. :) Nothing would surprise me on these platforms (WD/WK2). Love them, but they are not noted for being problem-free.

Re: 5.7 Supercharger 0-60

I'm thinking you'll still be a good 1/2-1 sec off SRTs numbers. Launch control, 3.70 gears, suspension, all make big difference. Save up for the SRT, or buy a slightly used one with warranty. Once...

TIPM. Isn't that the common fix for random deaths?

Re: 255/65r 18

They would for sure fit, but there's no reason to use that size. There are many available in the stock size. Don't limit yourself to local dealers.

The Firestone Destination LE2 come in OE...

Re: Some one set me straight

There's lots of vids on youtube (and here). Also search Durango. It will sound the same. :) Several put the R/T exhaust on V6 Durangos. It sounds a little raspy/ricey to me.

Re: Mud and hooks

I started using those hooks the day I opened the hatch, and a gallon of milk came bouncing out, and broke on the garage floor. Milk is now always bagged, and hooked.

The splash guards will help...

Re: Air intake upgrade needed?

That is stock size. The difference must be in the weight of the tires. LTs weigh much more the P-metric tires. This could make a significant decrease in MPG (along with the tread design), and...

Re: 2015 Overland V6 Borla Catback

Sounds great. That's a very good price on labor. My local shop wanted $249 to weld 1 muffler in! I laughed.

Re: New dash warnings with no TPMS in tires??

No dealer will clear the fault. They will laugh at you. The only solution, is to install sensors in your winter set. Otherwise, you'll have to live with it.

Re: New dash warnings with no TPMS in tires??

No -- not other than adding sensors to your winter set. This system seems sort of wacky when senors are not present. I'm surprised your light ever went out (cleared). I did the same on my new 200....

Re: SLOW tire leak

Take it to a reputable tire shop. Have they removed the tire from the rim, or simply said "NTF"? It could be the valve stem, poor seal, or foreign object. I had the same awhile back, and had it...

Re: would you traid in new 14 laredo for used 14 overland ?

Re: Car Wash - Swirls on rims

Drive it though a touchless underbelly wash. Then, drive it home into your garage, and do an Optimum No Rinse (or alternative 'no-rinse') wash.

Re: CD Player?

1 arm. 1 leg. They are outrageous from the factory. I can only imagine how much they would charge. I'd find one on ebay, or the forum. Many remove theirs, because they want console space.

Re: Focals ISS 690, ISC 165 & Polk db351 install tutorial with pics

I don't think that shop knows what they are doing. An amp isn't going to help at all, unless you have a full-range signal feeding it. A full-range signal does not exist. You will now have spent...

Re: Vent Shades for 2014 Durango CitadeL?

Re: 265/65R18 Duratracs

Highly unlikely, since the current spare is not really full-size. Check the size of your spare. It's probably a 245/65/18 Kumho KL21. And, that's about the only tire you'll find in that size.

Re: Focals ISS 690, ISC 165 & Polk db351 install tutorial with pics
