There is a TSB for this issue, but not sure if it applies to your 4x2.

I had trouble with my alignment until I took it to a better tyre place who were able to sort it out.

The gap between the hook end and the bit that mounts to the chassis is quite small, so a shackle pin won't go though the gap if you get the correct size.

Checked and I paid $950 for 40k service about a year ago. So $850 is indeed a good price SJandL.

For the record, I have paid :

10 - $525 (Castle Hill)
20 - $699 (CH)
30 - $473 (Narellan)...
