Re: Troubleshooting bad Half Shaft/Steering Rack/Front Bearings

Shitty luck. That almost sounds like a bad cv axle or like the DS is making contact with something.. Perhaps a broken tooth on the ring gear? Hopefully its just a cv axle.

Re: No more clunks and no more rear wheel ticking...

Why did they remove your driveshaft to change the fluid? If you're hearing the noise in the rear I would check the driveshaft bolts(not common but since you said it was removed), u joints, play in...

Re: "Oscar the grouch" build thread

Looks good 2for3! What I would do is get a M10x1.50" bolt at the length of your choosing and mount the bumpstop on the end of the spacer. Waalaa, you now how extended bumpstops which you'll need if...

Re: HELP - lift kit issues

A lot of people with wheel spacers run into that issue. Check out my build thread to see how I remedied it. Cut and rolled the fenders. Only takes about an hour. Other thing you should do is longer...

Re: "Oscar the grouch" build thread

You bet! It doesn't matter what side you mount it, but I usually the top because the bump stop helps keep it on the spring perch better.

Re: "Oscar the grouch" build thread

I used Rustys poly spacers for the rear and mounted them in the top position. Doesn't really matter if you mount them on top or bottom. You may have to remove that beveled lip on the inside of the...

Re: Any Advice for UCAs?

23-3/16" front and 23" rear hub to fender. Rear is without the factory upper rubber spring isolator right now. May add that back in.

Re: Any Advice for UCAs?

are you talking about the spindle? No, the distance between the spindle and tire isn't affected. Only way you can effect that is through either wheel spacers or rim offset.
