Clear coat coming off?
Might have been damaged and then fixed before they gave it to you. Duck into a panel shop.and get them to have a look and then take it up with the dealer.

Module was replaced and all is working fine. Managed to completd the Deddick and Bowen tracks as well as Ingeegoodbee Track with no dramas.

Yesterday i had the Service Air Suspension light come on at start up. After driving noticed it was still on and the Air suspension would not raise or lower. Also the cruise control would turn on but...

Their was a guy on Jeep aus selling a set of second hand mopar plates for $850.
He still had them when i bought mine.

Running the aerial through the the firčwall was really easy. Took me longer to run the power wires, i have put mime under the passenger seat.

Simon, whole thing was just over 1k installed at the stealership.
It is easy to instal yourself as it is simply bolting them onto the car.

Got skid plates fitted today at the dealer after the last 4wd trip i managed to scrape the fuel tank.
Unfortunately there was an error with the order and had the skid palte kit for the petrol and...

Anyone know a way to set the mirrors to stay closed above 15klm/h. 4wding down tracks you pull them in with the mirror button and as soon as you go over about 15klm/h they open back again.

Apart fron the normal checks i would suggest you get one with the E-LSD if you are wanting to go 4wding.
Perhaps also get one without the air suspension and install a lift kit if needed.

I purchased the icom ic440n and RFI Explorist 3 & 6.5dbi UHF CB Antenna Package from Prestige communications in perth.
The icom is mounted under the passenger seat and when not in use it tucks away...

Yokohama called me today and are sending the tyre dealer a new tyre.
They also filled in the certificate over thr phone.

Ended up buying the Geolanders. Pretty impressed with them, they seem to perform similar to the std 20's in relation to road noise.
Will try out their 4wd ability on the weekend46604

Its not residual left from the build. I have heard of new cars before having something similar where a sludge build up caused by the manufacturing pricess and after a coolant change is fine.

Australia is the cash cow for most companies. Tyres are just the tip of the iceberg as to things we pay more for. Even itunes is more expensive then what the USA pay for it.

Yeah tempe had the cheapest I could see online but ringing a few stores they werr willing to beat tempes price on the BFs if even by a few dollars.

Best I can get the BF Goodridge TAs for is $330ea in the...

Price wise the Maxxis are the same as the BFG AT but I was thinking they would perform better. I probally wont be doing lots of mud work so not sure now which ones to go with.

Thankyou for the insight. By scrub I am refering to the tyre rubbing against the guard or suspension pieces like the strut.
Do you have them on? Any photos of how they fit.
