Re: First oil change some info and comments

Anybody using the Fumoto quick drain valve on their oil pan with full factory skid plates? I'm wondering if it fits ok and if so is it fully protected by the plate?

Re: What did you do to your WK2 today?

At least that Mitsubishi driver was using his turn signals, in So. Cal I'm pretty sure the dealership disables those things before you take delivery of the vehicle ;-)

What size were your OEM tires? I went with 18" Duratracs in the same size as my originals, 265/60R18.

Re: How much are you paying at the pump to fill up?

I don't really notice much of a difference, however since it's actually cheaper than ULSD, burns cleaner, and is made from renewable sources I'd say it's a no brainer.

Re: The renewable biofuel that replaces ULSD

I'm in the middle of my first tank right now. I can't say I notice any difference in mpg or performance, but it's certainly no worse. Since it's currently more than 10% cheaper than ULSD, cleaner,...

Does anyone know if this fuel is Chrysler approved? I'd like to try it since there's a station only a few miles from my house selling it and it's priced lower than ULSD.
