Re: regearing required to run 33s with 3.7L

My understanding is that the dealer can't do it. Everything is tied to your VIN. Since 3.73 wasn't an option with the 3.7L/NAG1 the dealer won't be able to program it since its not an option. 3.55...

Re: regearing required to run 33s with 3.7L

Might want to try and get a TCM from a wrecked SRT8 as that has the same trans as the 3.7L and is already programmed for 3.73.

Also, did you contact Hypertech and let them know what's going on? ...

Re: Replacement Speedo - Definitive Answer Needed

You reset the trip odo thru the EVIC using the step buttion to get the trip miles then hitting reset...I'll try the reset button and see if that does anything.

So the speedometer needle on my '05 has fallen below 0. Going try and see if it is possible to reset it or not. If that fails would like to get a used one. From what I've read here, the best bet...

AEV Pintlers don't require any of the mods you mentioned and do not require spacers. That size spare tire will fit if you don't have the factory hitch. You MAY have to trim the hitch bolts if you...

Re: regearing required to run 33s with 3.7L

Regearing increases the RPMs at highway speeds. It should also help with not having to downshift when going up hills. So you might loose a nominal amount of MPGs at highway speeds.

Re: regearing required to run 33s with 3.7L

Re: regearing required to run 33s with 3.7L

You've got the corporate 8.25. The Dana was only used in the SRT8. You'll find no problems getting the rear R&P in the aftermarket in different ratios, its the front thats not available. So you...

Hypertech Max Energy is now available for the '05-'06 Grand Cherokees with the 3.7L.
Dyno chart shows about +6 hp <4500 rpm and about +20 hp >4500 rpm on regular gas for the Libby that they tested.

I'm in Annapolis,...

AFE 4.7L Intake on a 3.7L

Does anyone know for sure if the AFE intake for the 4.7L will fit on the 3.7L? The air box locations are the same on both engines, just not sure if the piping will line up with the TB.

Re: Those with the AEV Pintler's, what do you use to put air in them?

I've got no issues with my Pintlers. The valve threads extend passed the valve opening on the wheel and have had zero issues filling them up. Maybe you're valve steams are shorter then mine?
