Re: 2014 lock/unlock options don't make sense

The driver's door unlocks when you pull on the interior handle due to a mechanical linkage setup, not because of the settings in the system. The passenger's interior door handle works the same. ...

Re: uconnect 8.4an - disable autoplay

Haven't tried it on the '14 GC, but on other vehicles I have had doing as you described is for the Bluetooth Audio function. So unlinking it as a media player would only allow the phone to perform...

Re: 2014 Laredo and Limited Halogen Projectors

Yeah they are now optional. Jeep dropped the Laredo X model and to fill the gap the Limited had some features removed and it's price lowered. You can option out a 2014 Limited to be equipped like a...

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Range Rovers are getting more and more expensive. A Range Rover Sport starts at 62k and tops out at 92k. The big Range Rover starts at 84k and tops out at 152k.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Milous-

Since Limited, Overland and Summit now have dual exhaust on both V6 and V8's, is there a way to distinguish which engine other than lifting the hood?

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Is it a similar setup to what the Mercedes SUV's use, since the active headrests in the JGC are virtually the same as the Mercedes ones.

Re: Adding dimming rear view mirror...Possible?

You could probably find an aftermarket Gentex one from mitocorp for cheap. Gentex is the OEM supplier for Chrysler auto-dim mirrors.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I've noticed more and more car makers ditching the body side door moldings. Probably because it's cheaper for them. I'm fine with that, because I think cars tend to look better without them. Less...

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee spy pictures

The engines won't gain HP because of the transmission, but the new transmission can allow more efficient usage of the power which can result in quicker acceleration and less fuel consumption. On a...

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Standard/Full-size spare has always been an option on the Grand Cherokee.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

Couldn't be that since there are two-wheel drive Grand Cherokees and Qudra-Trac I that has been standard on base V6 4wd Laredos since '05 doesn't have low range.

I am stumped, bet Milous is being...

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee - Features & Changes

I was actually a little shocked Chrysler didn't implement an electronic parking brake. A lot of cars have been switching over to them over the last 6 or so years.
