They firm up the ride and are noisier than the kumhos specially 40 to 90 k, after that noise gets lost. Very happy with them after 11000k of tough driving. Cheers

iPad has been awesome, plus it has multiple uses when travelling and saves having to take a laptop along. Can't beat that big screen. We use a ram cup holder mount which has worked well for us.

thats plenty. Car still feels tight in spite of 42000 ks of which at least 5000 has been gravel and off road. No squeaks, rattles, nothing has stopped...

Yes, standard shocks, 40 mm lift front and 30 rear has delivered a slightly nose down attitude. Done this way due to weight of bar on the front.

Yoda, the "groove" is actually a section not polished by the strut mount!! thankfully the section where the strut contacts the shaft it is not sharp!! otherwise i might have needed a new axle!! it...

The racks are the Thule aero bars, all works really well, we keep all the bedding and excess clothes on the rack in the roof bag so hardly any weight up high.
