Don't be so sure it will be fixed. I had my Summit in 2x in the first month for the first of six air suspension failures. The last time I brought in the vehicle the Service Manager took an...

Full tank of gas, 4 berber mats, free oil changes for as long as I own the vehicle.

Re: What car are you dumping to make room for your WK2?

2009 Toyota Venza. Very serviceable but the gas mileage was awful and way too many squeaks, rattles, fit and finish issues for a Toyota at 32K miles. Not looking back, I love my Summit.

Re: Wooden gear knob?

Could you tell me where you found the shift knob? I just got my Summit and I think it would be perfect. I'm not terribly handy so what kind of 'little modification' do you mean?
Thanks!

My 2011 Summit didn't have it but before I left the dealership, I mentioned it to my salesman and he found one for me.

Re: Sirius Reception Issues?

I have XM and it gets blocked by a 2 story building. IF their satellites are in a higher orbit than Sirius, that's not saying much.

Re: How to angle your side-view mirrors the RIGHT way--no blind spot!

You just saved me $30.00+ bucks. Thanks so much - my Venza has a huge blindspot with the mirrors in the traditional position.

Re: MOPAR Black Tubular Sidesteps

That is a very good point, it just might be easier to have a small stepstool in the back to use if they're getting in and just let them slide down as they exit.

Re: Quadra Lift - Auto Park Mode

Thanks for that information, because it might make it easier for me to get my mom and dad into the Overland. I might have to get Romik running boards but I need them to be comfortable.

Re: What car are you dumping to make room for your WK2?

I'll be turning in my 2009 Toyota Venza V6 for the GC Overland Summit. Had a Land Rover Discovery which I loved, but there's something about this GC that's calling my name.
