You need to fully remove the strut. Also, remove one bolt from the sway bar link. I stepped on the lower control arm to pull mine out and get it back in

They need to be cut out along with some of the tabs that stick up. You want the mesh to lay flat on the back of the grille

Just finished my stainless steel wire mesh grille. Also sprayed the factory chrome with plastidip. In all it took about 3 hours and a lot of trimming with tin snips. Should I powdercoat the mesh...

Fixed. My rattle was a loose front differential mount. Fixed in 10 minutes.

Ouch! I was looking at my exaust manifold today and noticed one of the bolts that holds the heat sheild on was broken. It's a good possibility I have the same problem as you.

I just had my front diff mounts replaced on my 05 WK and it started making this same exact noise as described. I'm going to check my CAT and I'll let you know if it fixes it

Any new updates on this? I just installed HID's and really liked the smart beam feature that is now not working. There has to be a solution.
