No it still hasn't been solved. I've been dealing with it for now. Hopefully when i get some time off I'm just going to hook up a transmission cooler. It definitely wouldn't hurt

Well the rough idle And everything went away. Must've been from pulling the battery off. I think I read somewhere that the o2 sensors are also tied into the same bundle.

Now the next trick is getting the right wiring so it'll match to the factory specs. Which I believe according the diagram you sent me it runs off of 5v?

oh it definitely was using it up when i first got it. but the weird thing is though is that after it drives for a little while it will shift into fourth. so you think that if i was to replace that...

Well that's a long story. Basically from the place I bought it, the jeep had some issues I couldn't see in just a test drive. But how I came into this was they took the thermostat out so it fooled...

I'll have to use the multimeter on it tomorrow And see what that brings me. I've been looking everywhere for the diagrams on the connectors going into the transmission But I can't find them anywhere....

Yes that's why I changed the sensor, thinking that would fix it. But it didn't. A few of the wires look as if they've been cut into. How can you tell if the wiring is bad?
