Re: spatial_k's Black 5.7 WK2 Overland 4x4

I had a bear of a time getting the mufflers and tips aligned properly. I ended up loosening everything from the h pipe back and hung the mufflers on the hangers first then forced the tunnel pipes...

Re: Incredibly stupid question...

Have you tried tow haul mode and using the ERS in 5th? The V6 should be fine once you're rolling but I would believe that it seems like it is screaming to get going. Shoulda got a HEMI.:D

Re: MPG V8 - 2nd update

Following traffic is your problem I can not believe how badly people fluctuate their speed on the interstate. Set the cruise or really try to hold a steady foot if you're anything like the traffic I...

Re: Any new Updates heard for a WK2 Programmer - BullyDog, HyperTech, SuperChip

I thought this thread was about a programmer for the WK2. The HEMI doesn't need a lot of help but improved shift mapping and allowing it to breathe freely would make a huge difference. If people...

Re: Tire/wheel protection package

That is ridiculous!! That will easily buy two of those crappy Forteras and lunch! I had those tires on my work truck and they were junk at 40,000. Tire Rack is an excellent price reference for...

Re: 2011 overland headlights

Now you're just being silly! Of course we have DRLs why on earth would mostly US Jeepers be having this conversation if we didn't? I don't see them when I'm driving so they don't bother me and I am...

Re: Engine braking

Set your cruise control when you can and try to keep steady throttle if not, all wheel drive vehicles with independent drive shafts create more drag when they coast and will slow the vehicle. Sport...

Re: Tire/wheel protection package

That would cover 2 really good tires 18" or 20" and I've never had to replace 2 tires before a total replacement. As for wheels don't hit curbs, a wheel getting wrecked is not very common and odds...

Re: 2011 overland headlights

DRL's are absolutely necessary as a lot of people lack common sense and drive around in the near dark or on overcast rainy days without ANY lights on. I would say that salesperson is the only dummy...

Re: shifter question

Not a design flaw but I think they must have designed it that way intentionally. If it were to engage R or even slam into park going 30 MPH you would need a tow.

Re: Mopar CAI Installed 5.7 HEMI
