Re: Brake Booster recall

I feel you. That is the reason I finally just traded my 1 year old 48k Jeep in. Took a major loss but I could just no longer deal with Jeep and the service or lack of.
Their concern is the bottom...

Re: Belt Squeal

Mine originally started to sound like a diesel running. Very rough sounding. Toward the end of it going out, it was the spray of anit-freeze under the hood that gave it away.

Well, 2 days after getting the thing back the smell of anti-freeze came back, I open the hood and now there is pink fluid being thrown all over the engine bay. So, the new water pump has an issue. I...

Re: Belt Squeal

The saga continues. Get in it today and now there is a squeak coming from the back wheel. Like a rubbing during the wheel rotation. So ready to get rid of this POS.

Well finally found the actual issue. The main pulley on the water pump. Seal maybe, the pulley is moving and is now spewing out anti-freeze I think all over the engine. One more thing to add to the...

Re: Belt Squeal

The noise started to get worse. Got the hood opened and it looks to be a bearing. Tensioner I think. It comes and goes so it is hard to nail down.

Belt Squeal

Guys,
My 2013 5.7 with almost 25k miles is starting to squeal like a old worn out belt. Has anyone else heard this yet?
I looked and there are no cracks that I can see, and it still looks good. ...

Re: Full Tank upon Delivery?

I told my sales person I would not take it until it was full. When you pay this much for a car, especially a new car it should at least be full and get the first oil change for free. If they refuse,...

Re: Rocky Road Outfitters WK2 Leveling Kit

NO heavy off roading, I did take it threw a fairly good angled ditch and it rubbed a bit, but I have 275/55's on there, so a 32" tire is about the biggest you can run. If you stick with stock size...

Re: Pano roof rattle

Try pushing up on the outside edge of the liner. The clips that "hold" it up comes out and it will cause a rattling noise. Fixed mine and it took 1 min to fix. There is a thread about it on here,...

Re: 275/55/20 rubbing inner fender on the rear

The dealer I bought it from YES. However a good dealer no. Could they give us a hard time for running bigger tires than recommended yes. Anything other than stock they can complain about.

Re: 275/55/20 rubbing inner fender on the rear

I think it depends on the year and the liner. Some are mis-formed. 2011-2012 seem to have no issues. Some 2013 have the issue. I would not worry about it. Many fixes to it, or the dealer will replace.

Re: 275/55/20 rubbing inner fender on the rear

The rear passenger tire was rubbing on the liner. That is the grove cut into the liner. It sat 1/2-3/4" away from the metal. I cut out that section and it was gone. Not a major issue, but I didn't...

Re: MHT Fuel BOOST Wheels 17x9

I want these wheels so bad. However, the offset is killing me. Since going to 275.55.20 not sure how much room I have. Even with the RRO leveling kit it is close.
