Yeah this is one of the cases where I do not recommend trying to replace parts without knowing for sure. Every part you replace you risk installing incorrectly and not functioning when you need it....

Yup the clock spring is fairly easy to replace, I have done it once before. You should replace your cancel cam at the same time. As long as you let the system discharge as rkirk said and don't damage...

Well he has a wk2 with a 6.4, my engine. Actually he is right his srt doesn't have one. Chrysler didn't put one on the srt's because there wasn't enough fan shroud clearance.
