In the DC area snow covered roads can happen 1 day total for the winter or as long as 25+ days. 25 + days was when we got about 6ft total in two storms about a week apart.

I have never had winter...

Actual time wise, roughly 1 day a week at most on snow, where that is either weekend mountain trips or just the occasional snowfall on normal driving.

I had the same problem. I downloaded Media Monkey (Free), and it cleaned up all of my mp3's that were on the SD card. All good now.

I would set it the ball height at normal ride height since that is where you will be when driving. The air suspension will compensate for the tongue weight and get rid of the sag.
