Re: Annoying doors

Both my 12 and 9 year old boys use one hand to close the doors on our 2011 JGC and the doors close just fine in ours. Also keep in mind that because the doors are so heavy it's actually nice that it...

Re: Weak seat heaters/coolers?

There has to be something wrong with it. The passenger side in previous Audi did the same thing while the driver side was nice and toasty.

Re: front seat fading issue

Regularly use leather protection on your seat. Dry leather tends to fade and crack faster than treated leather. No different that your own skin.

Re: Afraid to Buy a 2012 GC

Every car mfg. has their own set of problems. Ford prior to last year had a stellar record for two years straight then it all fell apart. However, before those two stellar years most people would...

Re: 2nd test drive of Overland today, one problem arose

I'm not sure what car you were coming from before the test drive but I used to drive a BMW and Audi and I found those two brands to have very uncomfortable seats, i.e. I was always uncomfortable and...

Re: My first Week with 2012 Overland

The little issues you have with your Jeep will go away once you get used to it and see how great the other things are. Also, I've driven a BMW and Audi and the things that are problems with those...

Re: Running boards

I have the chrome and it really makes the car pop without looking like a pimp's ride. It also depends on the color of your Jeep. If it's black, black chromes doesn't look as good IMO. It looks...

Re: Rear Seat question

You'll have plenty of room. We use one car seat and a booster and an adult can sit between the too comfortably without battling with the seat belt latch.

Re: Did anyone try the Audi Q5?

I used to own two Audis before buying my first JGC. The Q5 and JGC are totally two different vehicles. In fact, you can probably stick a Q5 instead a JGC. I test drove both and at the end both...

Re: Finally did it - I got my new Jeep

Agree, I used to own an X5 and for the price difference you are clearly getting not only a sexy car in the JGC but also a sexy but sporty vehicle. I had two Audis after owning a BMW and one of the...

I had my dealer install it when I purchased my Overland. I probably would've had a smaller independent garage install it for me if it was out of warranty or not new. The reason I had them install...

Re: Tire pressure light.. when does it turn off?

You have to drive for a bit even if you just topped it off without the warning light coming on. The system won't recognize the new pressure until driven for a period of time. That's why you should...

Re: Problem with TSB 18-035-11

But did the update fix a problem you've been having previously? Or did you get the update because it was available? If it's the latter, remember don't touch if it ain't broke.

The issue isn't your uconnect, it's your phone or sometimes just bad luck. Oftentimes, the caller might hear 4-5 rings before your phone even rings once due to poor connection (not enough bars). ...
