Madanio24: 3.7L with the W5A580 trans
hummer recovery team: 4.7L with the 545RFE trans
06overland: 5.7L with the 545RFE trans

So if the electronic lockup clutch is the issue, what is causing the trouble? Is it a corroded connections somewhere causing a bad electrical signal? Perhaps that causes it to not lockup as firmly...

My jeep did the exact same thing. Passenger side...

My jeep did the exact same thing. Passenger side was warm, drivers side was cool. I charged it with a can of r134a and the problem was solved.

Oh man...I just remembered that I disconnected a plug near the top connector by the radiator and never plugged it back in! That's probably why my fan was going crazy!

Rather than cut out a sections of the fender liner and patch it i sliced it, removed a sliver of material and formed it with a heat gun. I basically flattened it untill it looked like the pics...

Thanks for the info...i was already planning on having to do the pinch weld mod and the hitch mod. I cant keep an under-inflated tire as a spare because my TPMS will cry out the "spare low pressure"...
