that is probably a great question for the person installing your muffler, since they will be dictating where the cuts and welds are.

instead of scrubbing with goo gone, goof off, or all that stuff, the eraser wheel just turns it into less than 5 minutes of zipping all that crap off.

remember to compound and wax IMMEDIATELY...

well how do you have your radio eq'd?

if you added an amp and sub, you need to turn your bass down on your radio eq, that should help a LOT if you haven't done it yet.

first thing I would do is reset the computer. disconnect the negative battery terminal, pump brakes, reconnect. that will hard reset your computer and relearn it's air intake.

I would go one more coat. mine have three coats. also you can leave your mask on for clear or take it off, really won't matter too much either way. I left mine on.

well, unless you happen to be a professional tinter, then yes, I would say have it done professionally. it's cheap, and a giant pain in the butt, so why not let someone take care of it for you.

also it's important to spray them in the correct pattern. do the perimeter first by spraying off the light then over one edge at a time.

then fill it in by making light passes that start and end...

definitely should sand after clear, then compound and then wax. 2000 grit, wet sand, and I actually add soap to mine when I wet sand. here's a photo of all mine :
