Yeah, I took the printed out TSB with me. They couldn't explain why their work didn't match the picture in the TSB.

I'll either speak with the service manager next week or just fix it myself.

The battery finally failed it's test and they replaced it. There was also an update for the PCM software, so they applied that as well.

Just confirmed with the service department that all applicable TSB's have already been done on my Jeep.

It's still testing out OK, but they're keeping it overnight for another round of tests in...

Thanks, Justal13. I had already looked for TSB's and I didnt think any of those applied to my situation, but I will confirm with the service tech that they checked on them.
