Re: Do the MOPAR rock rails cover the DEF injector?

What's your anticipated timeline? Was planning to get rock rails installed but might wait to see your design if it's not too long.

Re: Welcome ALL 2014+ Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel owners!

In another thread several people discovered that the oil life % affects the DPF regen cycles and if you hit 0% it won't regen. So if you ignore it you'll end up in limp mode.

Re: Does the DPF regen system make Diesel unusable as a full time work vehicle?

Ahhhhh.... thanks! I'll try that out today or tomorrow.

If that's in regards to my comment about BT+Torque, I was referring to BlueTooth+Torque, not your BlueSpark - I know the BlueSpark is...

Re: Does the DPF regen system make Diesel unusable as a full time work vehicle?

I know you have both a ScanGauge-II and a BT+Torque - which are you using for monitoring EGT? I could swear I read in another post that you were using your ScanGauge for at least the cat temps. I...

Re: floor & cargo mats

Both the girlfriend and I like how the black mats look with the Lt Frost interior. We feel it "breaks things up" a bit and gives it a slightly less sterile feeling.

Even if they had mats that...

Are you sure about that version number? I think you mean 13.38.52 unless there's a new version of which I'm not aware.

Re: Welcome ALL 2014+ Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel owners!

Yeah, when I first picked up my SFU, the dealer had done a remote start and I opened the hood to take a look and it stopped. The dealer said that's what it's supposed to do.

Re: Diesel reliability for short trips

I think the issue is more likely to be with the DPF regeneration. As long as you do *some* highway miles every now and then, I would think you'd be fine. And it won't be a failure per se, more that...
