Thanks guys. It was a fuse. I thought it was going to be a fuse under the dash. Turns out, its was one under the hood in the black box. I was able to quickly find it (versus checking each one)...

Well, ever since I read the codes the check engine light has not been on anymore. Im fairly certain I didnt clear them. What could this indicate?? Ill still take it to the stealership though.

For the ding, If I get some touch up paint from the dealer and put it on, do I need to seal it with anything or just paint and go?

I agree with Scottina here. I wouldnt do it unless you got tires with less sidewall. The sidewall are too meaty and would make the wheels look very small.
