Re: E3 Spark Plugs....Anyone use them?

I tried them for a year before I heard Jeep V8s prefer copper. Can't say I noticed any benefit or shortcomings. They worked as normal plugs. The only issue was when I replaced them 2 weeks ago with...

I'll give that a shot tomorrow thanks. The 255/70s do fit without spacers on stock rims but i do get rubbing on the drivers side frame rail at full lock

Rear diff gears issue

I pulled the rear diff. cover today to change the fluid. It was low and turned to black sludge. Don't ask when the change was... let's just say it was way over due. 120k on the rig. Here's a photo...

UCA/ ball joints

Been using a RC lift for two years now and have always been a lil concerned about the new angle and stress on the ball joint from the spacer. My driver's side ball joint has a lot of play/ clunk in...

Re: Air dam affects on mpg

Isn't the air dam designed for better aerodynamics on stock vehicles? Wouldn't a lifted and leveled Jeep be affected differently?

Air dam affects on mpg

This weekend I took a trip to Vermont. 4hrs each way. 1st 1.5hrs were highway cruising at 70ish and the rest were back roads running about 55mph. On the way up I averaged 19mpg and returning 20mpg....

Western Mass wheeling

Anyone know any decent (moderate) places to head to in Western, Ma? Or even northern CT would be cool. I'd be happy with fire roads since I don't have armor yet. Pretty much anything to get off the...

Re: 255/75/17 fitment??

If it does rub, it shouldn't damage anything (might see scuffing on the tread). You'll just hear it and it will probably annoy you. A mud terrain with larger lugs and spaces would probably get chewed...

Re: 255/75/17 fitment??

My 255/70 Destination A/T's clear the bolt (which I cut anyway) but rub on the frame at full lock. It actually rubs worse on the drivers' side than the passenger's.

Re: How does This look?

That's pretty rough. You might wanna try building it up with some fiber glass and bondo. sand it smooth and rattle can it and it'll look like it belongs. It's easy enough to mix up some f-glass resin...

Re: Is the Jetchip a complete waste?

Yeah it definitely helped. not as good as a tuner but for the money it was worth it. That with the K&N helped noticeably in the low end. On trips to Vermont I was averaging 23 mpg (evic ) before the...

Re: Is the Jetchip a complete waste?

I was running one on my '06 4.7l. It was a good improvement over stock. Power and MPG improved. I pulled it for a Superchips Flashpaq when I changed tire size. If I had stock tires again I would not...

Re: 4.7 V8 (05 to 07) Fuel range after E

Re: Tire Size

Re: Spidertrax 1.5" Spacers Installed

Re: 9/8/10 Jeep engineers chat

How confident is Jeep that the air suspension will hold up? It seems Land Rover has somewhat pioneered this area but they never really worked out the bugs.
