3.7L Normal MPG - O2 sensors bad

Hello!
I have current MPG in city about 11.5-12.
Check Engine lights [both rear O2 sensors is bad]
Can non-working O2 rear sensors produce such MPG level?

What normal City MPG for 85-87 Octane?

are one of HyperTech, SCT or Jet tuners have feature to swith off second O2 sensors after intalling custom exhaust?

As i know, HEMI tuners have such feature, but what...

Please, cant find correct solution to fix that issue.
I installed the 255/75/17 with 1,25" spacers at front.
Now ,with turning have some rubbing.
At this moment, no lift at all.

Any solution to...

WK Difference between 29" and 32" (no lift)

Her is 255/75/17 Silent Wrangler installed on stock 3.7 WK at Front compared with R18 255/55/18
