Stock pressure is 33psi. I've been running 36psi since we bought it and tire wear, handling and ride comfort are all darn good. Usually goes up to 38 when cruising on the highway.

Just change the oil at 10k, or whenever a (correctly calibrated) Oil Change Indicator indicates a change is necessary and then do a reset!

The VM Diesel motor is very easy with the right tools (sockets and torque wrench!) and a little patience. It takes about 30 minutes for ALL the oil to drain out. You need to remove the engine cover...

So here is the mathematical "skinny" on our trip.

We drove from Deming, NM straight through to Kerrville, TX - 591 miles.
25mpg (actually 25.92) was hand calculated using a tank fill...
