Mine handle broke at those exact same points. To fix it all I did was use a dab of PVC cement that I had left over from a plumbing project on each of the locating pins inside of the handle and clamp...

Correct. The Camry is built by SIA (Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc.) in their Lafayette, Indiana plant and has been since 2007.

My 4 & 4S would also reside in that slot next to the shifter but they sometimes would visit the cup holder when my wallet was occupying that space. It wasn't much thought to set the 5 in the cup...

On the bottom of the hvac box is the condensate drain and feeds through the firewall to drain outside. First pic shows the drain second indicates the general area that if I recall correctly it fed...

If you do go this route you will need part number 5149064AA from the dealer. It runs around $50.00 IIRC and takes a deep well socket.

I think you may be correct but it's been so long. Easiest way for the op to know is to leave it in neutral shut it off and try to remove the key if it comes out then that's the answer.

Could be oil pump but a very common issue on WJ's is the oil pressure sending unit which gives inaccurate readings and sets off the dash lights. Does the oil pressure gauge increase after you add oil?

Yup they're due at 30,000 mile intervals and use champion copper core plugs gapped to .040

There is no rear conversion they were Teves throughout the WJ model years. Only the fronts can be converted from Teves to Akebono.
