Count me in for starter button rattle. 2015 Limited. Noticed rattle coming from area yesterday. Discovered it was starter button. Goes away when I rest finger on it while driving.

Spoke to the dealership I purchased from. Going to bring the car in next week for a 10-day stay to get a new transmission installed. This transmission is a dog.

I have not towed anything. ...

Valve body replacement did nothing. Five delayed shift events in the last 30 minutes. Getting "hung up" from 1-2 or 2-3. Just called dealership. They'll get back to me.

Re: 2015 JGC 8-Speed Transmission Issues

Heard back from service. They were able to duplicate the problem, so I have that going for me. As for a fix? They opened up a case with Chrysler Engineering and are waiting to hear back. The saga...

Re: 2015 JGC 8-Speed Transmission Issues

I know this is a controversial topic on this forum, so I'm really sorry if I drew anyone's ire. My Jeep is at the shop now. Let's see what happens.

My chief complaint was delayed upshift, 1-2...

Re: 2015 JGC 8-Speed Transmission Issues

I don't think my sport mode even functions properly. All that it seems to do is hold the gear for an unusually long period of time. So RPMs will be high, but there isn't an upshift where and when...

My wife had exact same car. She got hers two weeks after mine. Hers drives like its gliding on ice. Must be a car by car basis with the transmission programming.

Re: Someone please help me

You are correct. The speed on the Nav screen is derived from the CAN bus wiring. The lockpick filters the speed data from being used by the head unit. I would have installed the AllGig module (a...

Re: Someone please help me

It's speed volume control. At this point it seems the U-Connect module is the culprit. They put the programming in their module. Hopefully I can defeat it with AllGig which filters out the speed...
