Re: Michelin LTX M/S2 or Goodyear Wrangler All terrain adventure

I have found this to be the most accurate and reasonable evaluation. After trying both I have to add that the increase in noise with the GY was a barely perceptible up or down pitch when accelerating...

Re: Michelin LTX M/S2 or Goodyear Wrangler All terrain adventure

Depends... one is A/T, the other isn't.
I had LTX M/S 2's on 2011 WK2 and liked them. They are quiet, smooth, expensive, very long tread life and not very good on hard packed snow or ice.

Re: Michelin LTX M/S2 or Goodyear Wrangler All terrain adventure

Went with the Michelin myself. I prefer the look of a nice A/T tire, but you can't beat the smooth, quiet ride of the MS2. Had some good rain last night and this morning, wouldn't know it by my...

Re: Michelin LTX M/S2 or Goodyear Wrangler All terrain adventure

My co-worker went with the Michelin LTX tires a couple years ago when his wife side-swiped a pillar in the MOA parking ramp with his F150 King Ranch (cut the sidewall of two tires, besides the minor...

Re: Michelin LTX M/S2 or Goodyear Wrangler All terrain adventure

No experience with the Michelins, but do have the goodyear adventure/Kevlar on my sierra 2500, and absolutely love them! When the forteras need replacement I'm going with them.
