Re: 0/60 Run AT Race WT ON 89 Octane.

I believe that lag is part of the AL process.
I had it during AL and it could be rather severe at times, especially when pulling out into traffic. That part was gone after several hundred miles.
It...

Re: Coolant temps

Sounds a bit high but......
It depends a lot on your driving.
That is stop and go, especially on a hot day I could see 230 easy.
Heavy duty driving etc could push that also.
The I4 might run a...

Re: 2014 Jeep Cherokee Ranked Most Hackable

I also think that the Bluetooth has to be paired to another Bluetooth.

Thus you have to accept the connection.
That is assuming this Cherokee has secure Bluetooth, which is basic.

Re: How do I check the oil % left on a

I would also suggest that you call Chrysler customer service and order a hard copy of the owners manual. The CD just does not cut it.
It will have all those interesting tid bits in there.
There is...

That's a broad statement for these "NON JEEP DEALERS" to make.
I would guess they are just shooting their line of BS on the competition and getting you ready for a low ball on a trade in.
But time...

Do not do this DIY procedure!
#1. By disconnecting your battery you may actually erase/reset any error codes that are stored. The dealer needs them.
When you go in to the dealer he will scan your...

Re: First long towing trip

First off testing under no load is normal driving if it is done at all.
Load is speed/weight/RPMs. They have a track they can drive on if they do a test.

Axles/transmission gears are not broken...

Testing is under no load when it is done.
Regular driving load for the first 300 miles is not the problem unless excessive speed/RPMs come into play.

Towing puts load and increased heat into...

Re: EVIC message - 4WD not available transmission overheated
