Re: How easy is it to replace upper control arms?

From what I see all the replacement parts on RockAuto do not specify left and right for Front UCAs. Also, the JBA ones are also interchangeable.

Don't know about the Moog replacement ones, but if...

Re: How easy is it to replace upper control arms?

Cool stuff, yea they are more substantial than OEM, you can probably kill someone with them if you hit them with it (that said most jeep parts would do that too).

Just as an example, we weighed...

Re: Best brake Pads for my Wk??

They are Metal Matrix pads. From what I was told, the performance of the brakes is dependent on the combination of materials in the pad and the rotors. It was comforting to know that the pad and...

Re: Best brake Pads for my Wk??

15,000+ Miles on the Stillen Cross drilled rotors and Stillen pads, perfect performance both cold and hot, not a single mouse squeel out of these and minimal brake dust. very good replacement IMO.

Re: How easy is it to replace upper control arms?

Yup, we do get a few crazies here who take them out in the desert too, not my favourite choice of truck either.. I do like the RAM 1500 they look beefy.

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

On tires turning blue (or I have seen a tint of purple I think once on my old Michelins ), the oil additive coming out is what causes the discolouration. If the tire is made with more carbon, there...

Re: How easy is it to replace upper control arms?

Yup, a bigger...

Re: What did you do to your WK today?

Yes sir, i think 31.5" is probably the 'safest' on a 2" lift - also tread dependent.

Gotta see whats out there that would fit the rim width first
