According to the mechanic, there was not identifiable problem with the blend doors.
All were functioning properly on the hinge and no broken parts on any of the blend doors or hinges.

There wasn't any water present or signs of water when I changed the blower motor. Nothing dripping on the inside. I would expect it to be around this area since it's the lowest point.

Not according to the pressure guage on the re-charger kit. But it is in the realm of possibilities if I had a faulty pressure guage.
