The JL Stealthbox will require a dedicated amp. It requires 500 watts to get really clean sound.
The stock amp is really not a clean sounding unit. When you drop $$$$ on the JL, please get a amp!!!!!

we ran power to a fuse block inside the battery compartment under the passenger seat and then to the battery. Ran the cables under the carpet and trim to the spare storage area and amps

No issues yet!
When we made the amp racks, we used peg board on the back side hoping to allow some air flow.

Only have had it for a week installed and i am keeping an eye on the amps.

You are correct that the Focals are awesome!
I just got my GC back and I went with the KRX2 6 1/2" in the front ran by an ARC SE4100 amp.
i alos put in the JL Stelathbox made especially...

The whole idea of the Stealthbox is to get rid of the factory sub!!
You get a JL sub that is a much better sub with the Box.

What does this really mean and which oils meet this spec?
I would like to use Valvoline Synpower b/c the shop closest to me is a Valvoline...

Any time you go thru your insurance on a major repair, this gets reported to Carfax. Also anytime a dealer has to do major work, it will generate a report.

You guys need to talk to your insurance agent and get a claim for what you will now lose because you will have a Carfax on it.
It is called Diminshed Value. You have to ask for it and it usually...
