I completely agree with you. I like the styling and the features of the GC but by far it has been the one vehicle of mine that has seen the flat bed the most.

That's kinda what I was thinking, I just wish there was a way Chrysler could have some accountability for the issues instead of just handing it over to someone else, Know what I mean.

Mine just said that it didn't sense the key even after I started it with the fob. it wouldn't even let me open the door with the same fob. just weird stuff like that

Picked it up today from the dealer and took it for a 200 miles trip. All went well so now we just wait and cross my fingers and hope like heck that Im wrong and it was indeed the battery.

This exact thing happen to me also. I was told that the wrong clamp was used on one of the heater hoses.

In the light of that I would assume that as long as the Battery is charged it will not come on. So if your alternator goes out, your warning light would stay off until your far enough down the road...

update: they called and said the battery is shot so they need to order one but it might not be in till monday grrrrr. I was told they cant even run any test till they have a good battery.
