I did the update and it definitely feels smoother to me while accelerating. I did get a super brief shudder 2 out of 10 times when mashing the gas at 45mph. I haven't had a low speed shudder yet....

:confused: is right! I didn't know there was an issue with the WK. I was lucky with my '05 5.7 WK. I drove the snot out of it and never had a shudder.

Unhappy to report I have water leaking inside the flipper glass after I go through a car wash.

hmmm, just read the TSB. Thanks for the link. I never considered ESC. Maybe the ESC is reacting to extreme accerleration, thus causing a shudder.

There are many threads that talk about Shudder problems. I believe there is a NEW solution. I got a message from Chrysler customer service about a new software update that should fix the shudder.

I didn't talk to the dealer himself after the work was done, but the body shop manager said this theory was his best...
