Forgot to come back and update on my fix. My dealer said they called the STAR line and were instructed to swap it out for a new dash screen. New screen works flawless with no white/defective pixels....

I do not think that's anything out of the ordinary. Every vehicle on the road has different window glass size/weight, different window motors and regulators, and lastly length of wiring runs.
