Re: Tow hooks, ever use them?

I just put mine on after Christmas - a "gift" for my wife since it's officially her jeep. Love the look, haven't used it. However I used to have an Isuzu Rodeo 4x4 and the very first time crossing...

Re: Valve Seat Dropped - Possible New Engine

Thanks for sharing. Could this be related to the infamous Penstar cylinder issue? I've never heard of something like this happening to an 18K engine! Scary - glad you are okay.

Re: 2013 Grand Cherokee Overland - automatic lights issue

Had an earlier post on this. Auto light sensor failed - dealer inspected and replaced. Working fine for 8 months now. Not a common problem but an easy fix.

Re: Not to start a flame war, but I have a V6 Charger as a Rental...

I'm guessing different strokes for different folks. I would love at least one more gear on my 2012 WK2 but overall I'd say the V6 compares fairly well with the X5 3.0 I6 I replaced. Not quite as...

Re: 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee automatic light sensor problems

Mine automatic light sensor also malfunctioned. Sometimes it would work, but other times it would not. I took it to the dealer when it wasn't working and they confirmed a contact wasn't closing,...

Re: STUCK IN SAND with 4WD malfunction

750 - I think you hit it on the head. Add my experience today: I brought my JGC in because the automatic headlight control no longer worked, and also asked them to check on TSB 08-34-12 and TSB...

Re: Remote Start Climate Control

Upon further inspection, I think I'm in the same boat as everyone else. On remote start, the fans are blowing but the AC doesn't really turn on until I unlock the door (touch the door handle). I...

Auto Headlights Don't Work - Common Problem?

I have a 2012 Overland (bought in April, so maybe Feb or March build), and the automatic headlights no longer went on. Took it to the dealer, and it was diagnosed as "Found DTC B160F - 12 Twilight...

Re: Remote Start Climate Control

Thanks for the info Summit - I will need to test the remote start for the ventilated seats on a hotter day - looks like tomorrow.

I hope you get the fix soon SummitOverland. Your type of...

Re: Remote Start Climate Control

After reading this thread, and since it's 78 outside, I decided to test out my 2012 Overland (bought in April, so probably Feb or March build) in the parking lot. I have the EVIC remote comfort...

Re: STUCK IN SAND with 4WD malfunction

Thanks everyone for sharing their experiences. After prowling on the board it appears Chrysler does have a fix for it (since Feb 2012) but I'm a bit peeved that they won't automatically do the fix...

Re: Poll - Problems with Quadra-Lift?

I have the 2012 Overland with QL, bought in April so probably manufactured Feb or March. Haven't really used the QL except I noticed once on the highway it went into the aero mode - I thought by...

Re: Air conditioning thoughts?

I have an 2012 Overland 3.6 in Southern California. The AC works, but I've noticed it's not as strong as in some other cars (for example - my Infiniti G37). Just my opinion - but wanted to share.

New to Jeep - Love my JGC

Just wanted to say hi to the JeepGarage members. I'm a total newbie to Jeep. However, I always liked the way the previous generation Grand Cherokees looked and now I'm (okay my wife is) the proud...
