The first thing I did when I got my Jeep was to remove the spare. Not only does it reduce vehicle weight , it opens up a huge space for storage.

I have the towing option and have a 20 inch temp spare. I think you could fit another full sized snow in there if the temp won't work for you.

That's because of the thorough QC job they do. Mine has been in QC for a full month as of yesterday. I hope they at least brought it a cake to celebrate it. Now that the motor oil and transfer case...

As far as the oil issue goes, the engineers in the 9/1 forum stated that the oil was 5w40. So they changed it to 0w40, how much of an issue can that be? Even in the coldest weather the oil isn't...

I called my dealer today to remind them that I will be out of the country from Sep 4 unitl October 16. He doubted they would be getting it before October! :eek:

Don't hold your breath, it may be easier said than done. Hennesy is still wrestling with the 5.7l ecu. The 6.4 is much more complicated with its cylinder deactivation.
