Re: Mopar Rock Rail Install

They are powder coated...you have to strip off all the powder coating to spray them body color. Personally I think that would look like crap. Plus they are designed to protect the jeep. Paint...

Re: MOPAR Rock Rails Installation Video (2014 Limited)

I don't think that will work..you won't have enough room to "swing" it over the flag bolts (they hang too low). Trust me the flag bolts have to go in first....loosely. That will allow you some...

Re: MOPAR Rock Rails Installation Video (2014 Limited)

Flag bolts have to go first, they support the weight of the rail while you wrestle the rest in.

You can try the rocket bolts first, but I tried that on my first set and there was no way I could...

Real wood trim

My early build 14 limited w Lux II has the fake dark wood trim. Does anyone know the part numbers for the real dark wood trim pieces? Probably costly, but man it looks so much more high end.

Re: Leather dash swap

Don't do it...you have to completely disassemble the dash and console. Plus many (including me) had bubbling problems with the leather dash in the summer. It's not worth the work risk.

Re: Winch Mount and bumper

That ARB bumper looks horrible. Who needs that for a WK2? It makes it look a tank. If you need a bumper with that much protection, you probably shouldn't be driving a WK2.

Just my opinion,...
