Scott, I don't think it's the torque control program because it seems to only happen on the initial 1-2 upshift after the jeep has not been driven for a few hours. Mine still does same issue in sport...

Took it to the dealer and they ran diagnostics. They said every thing looked fine. Said motor looked like it was running fine, crank/cam angle was fine. They cleared the code and told me to drive it...
