+1... If it happened after fuel system changes it's almost 100% incorrect reinstallation. Not saying it makes it better but I'd be challenging the dealer in the cause.

I tested this once, didn't work for me either.

I don't remember how I tested it, but I wonder if its something like the auto door locks - they are supposed to lock at 15mph, but its not a given -...

Plenty of exterior washes... It's a rubber mat, it'll survive and the carpets vacuumed up nicely. We unfortunately don't have the places that wash and vacuum your car. All touch less unmanned car...
