Threw in a new air filter, a summer trip to AZ and a few trips to the high desert in CA were not to kind to the old one. Also, added some coolant. I guess that counts too.

I think the F-150 shocks you're thinking of are the Monroe Load Levelers for the rear. From what I have read people have gotten some height from them but they were putting them on with OME springs...

on a long trip, we have seen it hit 21. thats refueling and getting right back on the freeway and CC at 68mph. in town, its probably 13ish when the wife drives, and about 10 when I drive it.

Go with the MTZs. I have a buddy that had the Baja Claws and he said they were pretty noisy and didn't last too long.
