Re: Wife hit garage today

Haven't driven a tank since the 70's and the M60 only got about 3 mpg with a top speed of about 50. Maintenance was a bear as well.

Don't know if anything further is coming, but I just received a followup survey from Consumer Reports about my Jeep.

Re: Brand new Summit & Cruise quits

This has been a problem with some of the 2014's as well. I recently took a 6000 mile trip and it seemed that this happened about every 250 miles. The good news is that it reset itself after a couple...

Re: Wife hit garage today

We have a double car garage with two separate doors. In 1994, I was pulling into the garage in our new Ford Explorer while my wife had just pulled into the other side. She decided to close both doors...

Re: new lockpick for the 8,4 uconnect, 99% software

I don't have a 2015, but did you try setting ECO off while the engine is running and then saving your profile using the door buttons?

Re: UConnect Voice Command Problem

Pushing Volume and Tune resets the radio but doesn't destroy any data. I had to use it once on my trip to Oregon when I suddenly lost the memory in the seats and mirrors. After the reset, everything...

I should add to that that I carried a 17' canoe on every one of them for distances in excess of 1000 miles and had no problem with any of them. The only problem I forsee with the JGC is that there is...

I had factory racks on a 2004 Tahoe, a 1997 Explorer and a 1995 4Runner and every single one of them were rated at a max load of 150#.

Re: new lockpick for the 8,4 uconnect, 99% software

That's why I waited on asking again, to see if more information might be forthcoming.

The silver and gold come with an adapter containing the video and audio inputs. That cable connects between the radio and the stock harness. You download the software from Customtronix website....

Does anyone know whether we can just update the maps (when and if they release an update later this month) with the RAX installed or would we have to do a rollback to do that?

Re: Wheel Dilemma - Part 2. AKA: Winter is coming
