I picked up the truck and they informed me that they didn't have to replace the entire HVAC box assembly, but only an actuator/motor and a distribution directional control or some...

So when you have it set straight-up at "feet only" you feel NO air blowing from the defrost vents by the windshield at all?

There is a wire from the LockPick specifically marked as power for a reverse camera, so I ASSumed that it would supply power only in reverse, but I also know that you can turn the reverse camera on...

When you ran your XM cable to the front, I assume you went down through the driver side A-Pillar and over to the radio?

I'm sure some silicone sealant would do the trick, or maybe we can find a rubber grommet snug enough to make it waterproof...
